JUNIOR TEAM PRACTICES:

  • The team will practice on Monday afternoon from 3:45  at Helen Keller Elementary School.

  • The team will follow the Lake Washington School District calendar in regards to holidays and days off.

  • It is important that jumpers attend practice as it is difficult for routines to be created and practiced if all jumpers are not in attendance.

  • If you are unable to make a year long commitment to weekly practices, please consider classes that are held in various elementary schools in the area.  They generally run in 4-8 week sessions and do not require an ongoing commitment.

JUNIOR TEAM COACHING STAFF:

  • The Hot Dog Junior team is coached by members of Hot Dog USA who are of High School and College age.  They are among the most skilled jumpers  on the Elite Team and have been chosen by the coach of Hot Dog USA to introduce your children to the sport of competitive jump rope.  The coaches' parents, will be coordinating the team accounts and will be present at all practices.
